Get proposals

GET 
/registry/v1/proposal

Get matching proposals. Search parameters are optional. If status is omitted, only proposals currently requiring action are returned (DRAFT proposals). The status filter accepts a single value only; to retrieve multiple statuses, issue separate requests. Supported status values are DRAFT, UNVERIFIED, SUBMITTED, REVIEWING, ACCEPTED, DECLINED, and WITHDRAWN. Note that each merchant may only access proposals lodged by the same merchant. Also note that supplementary information is only included for proposals that have not yet been accepted, declined or withdrawn.
