Confirm order

/v1/order/:order_id/confirm

The confirm endpoint moves an order to the "CONFIRMED" state, though this is optional as both verified and confirmed orders guarantee credit for 21 days and can proceed to fulfilment. It simply signals that a buyer has returned to the merchant's site after having completed their order verification.
