Send order verification notification to buyer

/v1/order/:order_id/notify

Within the notification, the buyer will receive a link that they need to visit to complete their order verification. Supports both SMS and email channels. The response includes a notification_reference that confirms the notification was dispatched and can be referenced when troubleshooting delivery issues. Note: For trade account orders (with merchant_user_id), notifications are sent to the contact information registered with the trade account, not from order.buyer.representative.
