Create marketplace merchant

Create a new marketplace merchant, linked to your partner account. Optionally provision portal users for the marketplace merchant at creation time using the portal_users field — omit it entirely to leave the portal inaccessible. Use READ_ONLY as the safe default role when granting a marketplace merchant visibility into their own orders without allowing changes.
