Create customer user (deprecated)

This endpoint has been deprecated and may be replaced or removed in future versions of the API.

Deprecated in favour of POST /user. A user belongs to your merchant account rather than to one customer, so the same person can order for any of your customers by naming the buyer on the order. Creating a user here ties them to a single customer. Existing integrations keep working unchanged.
