Record the company a user acts for

/trade-account/v3/user/:uid/representation

State that this user acts for the company identified by canonical_id, which is normally their employer. For a clerk at a chambers, that is the chambers. It is not the firms whose work they are buying: you name those on each order. We screen the company once, here, and refuse an outright fraud decline. Anything short of a decline is accepted, because you are the one establishing the link and carrying the risk on it. We do not screen it again when an order arrives. Requires an agreement with Two under which you attest your own users. Recording the same company twice returns the existing record rather than failing.
