Order Creator
Order Creator lets merchants create B2B orders directly in the Two Merchant Portal. It is useful for offline sales flows such as phone, email, in-person, and trade counter transactions.
Typical Flow
- Open Merchant Portal and create a new order.
- Select or add the buyer company.
- Review available credit and approval result.
- Add line items, quantities, prices, and tax rates.
- Add order references and billing or delivery details.
- Submit the order.
- Buyer verifies the order.
- Merchant fulfils the order.
- Two issues the invoice.
Core Behaviors
Credit and approval
- Credit is evaluated in real time during order creation.
- If the order exceeds available credit, reduce the amount or request a manual review.
Verification
- Orders normally require buyer verification before fulfilment.
Fulfilment and invoicing
- Invoice issuance happens after fulfilment.
- Fulfil only when goods or services are ready according to your process.
Editing and Reusing Orders
Edit before fulfilment
- Most order content can typically be adjusted before fulfilment.
- Significant amount changes may trigger a new credit evaluation.
Edit after fulfilment
- Post-fulfilment edits are limited.
- If financial content changes are required after fulfilment, the legal correction flow is credit note plus replacement invoice.
Replicate previous orders
- You can duplicate prior orders for repeat business.
- Replicated orders still require a new credit decision and verification flow.
